Dentro del ámbito sanitario cada vez cobran más importancia las relaciones personales, tanto entre los diferentes profesionales de los centros, como con los propios pacientes y familiares.

Ofrecemos este Taller de 4 horas, liderado por personas con discapacidades severas, que tiene como objetivo trabajar herramientas para un trato de calidad a las personas desde un prisma de normalidad e igualdad.

Es un taller que, al estar liderado por personas con discapacidades severas, además rompe muchos miedos y estereotipos. En voz propia compartirán su visión y nos contagiarán con su motivación y positivismo, lo que lo hace ideal como formación personal y de equipos.

Metodología

El punto más innovador, como en todas nuestras actividades, que la hace diferente y genera un alto impacto, son las personas que la lideran, personas con discapacidades severas.

Partimos de las vivencias más humanas de quien ha vivido (o sufrido) ciertas situaciones que se pueden cambiar. Y lo hacemos desde una óptica positiva, cargada de vitalismo y humor. Con esta formación no reivindicamos nada, sino que contamos. Explicamos sensaciones que pueden sentir las personas cuando son tratados de una forma o de otra.

En definitiva, una invitación a una reflexión compartida sobre nuestras creencias, la relación con los demás y con nosotros mismos. Una invitación a ponerse en la piel del otro cuando el otro no está exactamente en nuestra situación.

Se trata de un taller vivencial y participativo en el que utilizamos dinámicas y espacios para compartir experiencias y reflexiones.
