  • La majoria necessita ajuda per a les necessitats bàsiques de la vida diària (menjar, beure, vestir-se, desplaçar-se …).

  • Moltes de les persones amb Pc/DFS no tenen cap afectació cognitiva ni intel·lectual.

  • Moltes de les persones amb Pc/DFS tenen la parla afectada.

  • A causa del seu alt grau d’afectació són persones que sense voler, han estat sobreprotegides i infantilitzades i la gran majoria té un baix nivell d’estudis i poques habilitats socials.

  • Molt pocs han tingut l’oportunitat de formar la seva pròpia família i de tenir la seva pròpia llar.

  • La majoria d’elles acaben vivint en residències.

  • A causa de les seves característiques i per desconeixement, provoquen rebuig social.

ACTIVE PEOPLE és un programa gratuït, especialitzat i obert a la comunitat, que ofereix de manera personalitzada atenció integral, formació i capacitació laboral a persones amb paràlisi cerebral i altres discapacitats físiques severes (Pc/DFS), en edat adulta.

Tot el programa gira al voltant de la capacitació laboral com a formadors qualificats, per a la impartició de les activitats formatives que l’entitat ofereix en diferents àmbits socials (educació, empresa, entitats públiques, projectes socials i per al públic en general).

Encara que les seves oportunitats d’inserció laboral són molt escasses, són persones amb una capacitat intel·lectual alta, habilitats d’estratègia i visió competitiva, forta capacitat de comunicació verbal o visual, potencial de treball amb eines informàtiques i tecnològiques, etc. I sobretot amb un gran anhel de ser part activa de la societat i que se’ls pugui reconèixer dins d’un perfil laboral i professional.

La Fundació No Somos Invisibles és un projecte 100% social que treballa per a un col·lectiu per al qual hi ha molt pocs recursos en l’àmbit sociolaboral, però no pot fer-ho sola. El suport de les administracions i de les persones és vital, i també ho és el de les empreses i entitats.

En l’actualitat atenem de manera totalment personalitzada a 22 persones amb Pc/Dfs, amb l’objectiu de empoderar i donar-los les eines perquè puguin desenvolupar una activitat professional de qualitat.

A més, acostant-los a la comunitat la enriquim amb la seva diversitat i amb la seva mirada única.

Col·laborar amb nosaltres té beneficis fiscals i si ets una empresa pots convertir el programa en una bona eina per a la RSE, per al compliment de la LGD i per millorar l’ambient laboral.
